1. The information contained in this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.  All liability of Samara Paper Pty Ltd whatsoever arising for inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.  
2. Prices and Stock Availability may vary from time to time at the discretion of Samara Paper Pty Ltd.  Prices of various stock at time of purchase will honoured subject to product availability.
3. All Prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax).
4. Due to the nature of printing, some minor variations in colours may occur from batch to batch.
5. We do not provide a refund or exchange for change of mind purchases.
6. Purchases will be exchanged with the same or similar goods where goods are found to be faulty or the faulty goods will be refunded only if they cannot be replaced by the same or similar goods. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. All postage and handling on return orders shall be at the expense of the customer. No returns are available for opened products or personalised items as per order.
7. Full payment is required for all items ordered prior to dispatch. Payment can be made by credit card and direct deposit on line or contact Samara Paper by phone.
8. Postage is additional cost to the customer. 
9. Samara Paper Pty Ltd is the copyright owner of the content of this website or is permitted by the copyright owner to use the content on the website.  Products, accessories and general information used in this site may be the trademark or intellectual property of a registered holder.  No permission is given in respect of use of any of the above, and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.
